
Q.) What is copyright law is and what the importance of Fair Use section is for you as a student.
A.) Well the copyright law is that when someone writes something down on paper or anything, it is protected by the copyright law. If you try to copyright anything that someone else has wrote and do not have anything that gives the author credit for his or her work. Q.) The works that are and are not protected by copyright.
A.) The works that are protected by the copyright law are the work that is the work of the the famous authors that have worte it. Here are two links to some examples of workprotected by the copyright law, http://www.copyright.gov/help/faq/faq-protect.html and http://www.ehow.com/video_4467954_learn-protected-under-copyright-
law.html. The work that is not protected by the copyright law, could be public domain.

A.) The work(s) that is/are protected by the copyright law are the work that is protected from anyone getting the work and putting thier own words in it, and then putting thier name on it and saying that it is thier work.
Q.) What public domain is and how it can affect your work.
A.) Public Domain is when the public can use your work without your peomission.. And how is, it can affect your work by the public can put thier own words to the work. That could change the whole thing that you
have written.

Q.) How much text, video, or music you can use in your work (in your games as well!).
A.) Really as much as you want, but if you use it off of a website, you would need to put somewhere on the page that the text, video, or music is on, credit for the person who put all of that on the internet. If it where me, even if it was public domain, I would still give them credit for thier work.
