West Virginia Health Care Issues

I am the senator of West Virginia. I am here to make a new amendment. My goal is to propose a new amendment concerning the problems, freedoms or rights of your choice through a persuasive blog to convince the Senate at the nation’s capitol to accept your new idea. My new amendment is for health care. I think that everyone should get at least some kind of benefits. It Doesn't have to be 100% paid for, just at least 80%. Health care (often health care in American English), is the treatment and management of illness, and the preservation of health through services offered by the medical, dental, complementary and alternative medicine, pharmaceutical, clinical sciences (in vitro diagnostics), nursing, and allied health professions. Which also includes health insurance! There are some doctors,alternative medicine, and pharmaceutical, that will not see you if you do not have health insurance. There are people out there that are sick and can not afford to go to the doctor, so lets help them. So lets pass this amendment to give everyone a little bit or a lot of health care. I am so sure that all of the people that we help will be so thankful!

Adding Navigation

The Adding Navigation unit has been very hard for me through out these last week. But, I've got the fang of it. it is getting easier every time I do something that involves a button or something like that. I have been uploading all of my files to My Projects Page. We as in Heather Vance(my partner) and Myself are not ready to go to the next unit because all of our buttons do not work. We are working very hard on getting all of our buttons to work. I have came up at lunch and worked unit in the next class(third period).What questions do I still have about the unit? Well there are some but not a lot. Some like how does the whole system work?, and another like Why do you have to be in ceertain layers in Flash?. Some questions like that.

Drawing In Flash

I have worked with Flash sense the beginning of this unit. Flash is very tricky, so if you don't type or spell the actions right, it will not work. So if you do not type or spell the actions right you will think that you have messed the whole thing up. But if you go and check your actions, you will probably find your problem. I have learned that the curly bracets are the hardest part for me, but I know that if I check all my curly bracets I will probably find my problem. It is very hard to get used to, but after a while you will get the hang of it. Drawing in Flashcan be very fun or it can be the hardest thing that you have ever tried to do. So if you ever get a chance to work with flash take the chance! But be very careful. And make sure all your curly bracets are in the right places.

Swine Flu

Mrs. I. Barker has gave us a blog post to choose a topic to choose. I have decided to blog about the Swine Flu! I think it is a very dangerous! It has kill a lot of people. It is worse with the over weight people. It makes it hard to breathe. And pretty much makes doing anything hard at that matter. When you have the Swine Flu it is best for you to stay in doors.The Swine Flu can kill you in a few days maybe even a few hours.

What I have learned while I have worked on my game?

I think that our Team Page is proof that we have done all of the work that we say we have done. So far I have done the Title screen and uploaded it to our Team Page. The title screen has three buttons on it. So that means that I will have to make 5 pages just for the title page. Heather has to do the About The Game. I think that she has that page done. The game is going to be a big hit! I think that we will wor good together.

What I have Learned about the Judical Branch while we have done our paper prototype!

I have learned all about the Judical Branch of government. I have leaned that the Judical Branch has to do with the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court is the highest court in the land. There is a basketball court in the Supreme Court building. The basketball court in the Supreme Court is very pretty.There were some people that came to our school.They came from Charleston. They said that we all had very good and cool game ideas. They told Heather and I to stay away from the quiz games, which is what we had at first. Then we change it to a fun and educational game. Our game is very fun, I think. The peoples names are David, Rachel, And Abbie Taylor. They were nice about everything. They told us to stay away from the quiz games like I said before. Then, we took the questions out and put two cases in.

What about my game?

Well what do you want to know? Our game is going to be about one of the three branches of government. The branch is going to be the judicial branch, which involves the Supreme Court. I have qpuestions on my game about Sandra Day O'Connar and the Supreme Court. There are some questions on our game, such as What year did the first lady,(which is Sandra Day O'Connar) get into the Supreme Court? The answer is 1981. There are other questions like How many members does the Supreme Court have? The answer is 9 . And other questions like What year did Sandra Day O'Connar retired? Which is the year of 2005. There are other questions. We have 10 levels. All levels will be based on the Judicial branch.The way we have set up the game is that you can play the game, then after you get 10 points, you will be able to answer question. After you answer the question, you can go on to the next level. There is only 10 levels and when you get to the end of the 10th level you will see a page that says Congrats You Won! Our game is going to be lots of fun and challenging. You will learn lots of facts, but I think the way that we set up the game it will be a lot of fun learning all of these facts. The way we have set up this game, I think that it will be alot of fun. We have our game ideas on our Team Page.
